Steppes Discovery helped pioneer conservation holidays, ecotourism and responsible travel in the 1990’s, through our unique partnerships with a host of international and local wildlife and community conservation initiatives. We have won the prestigious Responsible Travel Award for ‘Best for endangered species conservation’.
Wherever we set up wildlife and conservation holidays our aim was always to use ecotravel and ecotourism holidays to support wildlife conservation in a direct way. So today you can enjoy a host of holidays that give the world a break and help to fund and support the very wildlife and wilderness regions that you visit and the communities that rely on them.
To date we have raised over £750K (US$1.45 Million) for wildlife conservation since we were founded in 1997.
