From London Zoo, Springwatch hosts Kate Humble, Chris Packham & Martin Hughes-Games present a two hour fundraising extraganza in aid of the BBC Wildlife Fund. With contributions from Graham Norton, David Attenborough & Jackson Looseyia (of Big Cat Diary), the live telethon also includes a series of captivating reports from around the globe where the fund has provided money for a series of distinctive conservation programmes in aid of mountain gorillas, elephants, wolves & tigers.
