The office is open 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Thursday, 9.00 - 17:00 on Fridays and 10.00 - 16.00 (with limited staff cover) on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and National Holidays.
When we are closed, your call will be answered by our communictions centre who will pass on any messages you leave. In an emergency one of our staff can be contacted 24 hours a day. Leave your number with the communications centre and the person on duty will ring you back as soon as they can.
