Vakona Forest Lodge
The lodge is situated within its own private reserve, Analamazaotra, between Andasibe Reserve and Mantadia National Park. Each of the 17 bungalows is comfortably appointed with an en-suite bathroom, hot water and electricity round the clock. The main reception has been thoughtfully designed and houses the bar and dining area. Adjacent to the lodge is the Vakona Reserve, which provides an opportunity to get up close to Lemurs in a natural setting.
Wildlife
11 species of lemur including the Diademed Sifaka and black-and-white ruffed lemur; boa constrictors.
