Situated adjacent to the massive Sossusvlei dunes, the camp itself is built close to the top of a mountain providing great vistas of the desert.  There are nine chalets, each with a plunge pool on a raised wooden deck.  The main area is under thatch with an outdoor deck for dining under the stars.

Wildlife
Great nocturnal species such as Cape fox, aardwolf, black-backed jackals and bat-eared fox

Activities
Stargazing, early morning excursions to the dunes and vlei area, ballooning safaris (optional extra), walks

Eco-credentials
Wilderness Safaris Namibia’s camps in the Kulala Wilderness Reserve are involved in the Small Carnivore Project.  This research project concentrates on small nocturnal predators, focusing on discovering the distribution patterns of these endangered animals as well as the education of farmers and local communities
