Ongava Lodge
Lying in the private Ongava (meaning rhinoceros in Herero) Game Reserve, Ongava Lodge offers luxury accommodation in twelve thatched en-suite chalets. The main lounge, pub and dining areas offer spectacular views as they are situated close to the top of the foothills of the Ondundozonanandana Range, meaning "mountain where the boy took the calves”.

In 1991, shareholders in the Ongava area converted four unproductive cattle ranches into the Ongava Game Reserve, now a sanctuary for large concentrations of wildlife. The most successful reintroduction project on the Reserve is the white and black rhino project.
