Kulala Wilderness Camp

Kulala Wilderness Camp lies at the foot of a mountain facing west to catch the picture-perfect Namibian sunsets.  This camp has ten simple, yet stylish chalets (kulalas) with private verandahs, en-suite bathrooms (solar-heated) and sundecks. The main area is built of canvas with thatched roofing on raised platforms.

Springbok, gemsbok, ostrich, bat-eared fox and the rarely seen aardwolf

Excursions to the dunes, early morning ballooning (optional extra), guided walks, scenic nature walks

Eco-credentials
Wilderness Safaris Namibia’s camps in the Kulala Wilderness Reserve are involved in the Small Carnivore Project. This research project concentrates on small nocturnal predators, focusing on discovering the distribution patterns of these endangered animals as well as the education of farmers and local communities
