Situated in central Kigali, the Kigali Serena (formerly the Intercontinental) offers all the facilities you would expect from a property of this style and size. Whilst it is a large hotel (102 rooms) it does offer a good level of luxury in Kigali and whilst it does lack a little character it is still a great choice for those seeking a few home comforts during their time in Rwanda.
