Bushmans Kloof
Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve and Retreat is a conservation success story and harbours many unique and some endangered species of animals and birdlife. With more than 130 San Bushman rock art sites, it is also home to one of the largest open air art galleries. The main lodge luxury accommodation is offered in 16 rooms, while Koro Lodge is an existing farmhouse that has been completely renovated and transformed into a spectacular, private villa.

Activities
Guided rock art walks, a Heritage Centre and a medicinal herb garden provide insight into the lives of the San, one of the oldest known civilisations who lived in this region during the later Stone Age. Sunset nature drives, nature hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in rock pools, fly-fishing and archery are also possible.

The Cedarberg is also home to the Cape Leopard Trust, established with the primary objective of facilitating and promoting research in support of conserving predator diversity in the Western Cape.
