There are also more traditional plains game to be found in Uganda’s National Parks, where you find lions that climb trees, chimpanzee’s in gorges and handsome Ugandan Kob as well as 1200 species of butterfly, some of the largest crocodiles on the Nile, huge numbers of chameleons and some of the most welcoming people in Africa, it is easy to see why Uganda is one of the most colourful and alluring wildlife destinations with so much to offer from its various regions.
