The River Club
With its distinctive Victorian flavour, The River Club’s manicured lawns even allows for the odd game of croquet! Set along the banks of the Zambezi River, the ten luxury, split-level, en-suite chalets are situated 18km upstream from the Victoria Falls. The main house has a comfortable lounge, large dining room, library and wide veranda with a spectacular view of the river and Zambezi National Park, which is located just across the river.
Wildlife
The nearby Mosi O Tunya Game Park is great for white rhino as well as elephant, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and impala.
Activities
Sundowner cruises, visits to the Falls, Simonga Village, local markets and Livingstone town. Optional activities include white water rafting, bungee jumping, abseiling and helicopter flights over the Falls
Eco-credentials
A portion of each guest’s fare at Wilderness Safaris camps is allocated to the Wilderness Safaris Wildlife Trust, with 100% of these funds going to Trust-approved projects. The projects deal with the needs of existing wildlife populations, seek solutions to save endangered species and provide education and training for local people and their communities.
