Malilangwe Private Wildlife Reserve, Zimbabwe
Malilangwe is a 100,000 acre private reserve in Zimbabwe and is one of the most pristine wildlife areas in Southern Africa. The area is embraced by the Malilangwe Mountain range and is home to a wide variety of game.
Malilangwe is a haven for birds with over 400 species and one of the highest concentrations of large breeding eagles in the world. The Region also boasts an unusual habitat consisting of rocky outcrops and baobab trees and as a result attracts vast amounts of unique animals and birdlife.
Although there are only two lodges within the park itself, Malilangwe Private Wildlife Reserve has a lot to offer in the way of activities.
