Shergarh
The tents at Shergarh are individually spaced inside a wooded grove and each has a large front verandah and an attached bathroom. Each tent has been recently refurbished with a tiled roof over the canvas to protect from the elements.
Indian and continental food including home-grown vegetables, local produce and fish farmed from the lake is served in the main house which also serves as a central meeting point for guests.
Activities
Early morning bird walk, cycle ride through forest, Swim in the banjar river, pre dinner slide show / discussion, nature walks, local village visits, accompanied jeep safaris.
Eco Credentials
Shergarh has been awarded a quality practice ‘PUG’ certification from the Travel Operators for Tigers campaign in recognition of its eco policy.
