The Tucano is a charming and comfortable boat, built along traditional Amazon riverboat lines, and ideally suited for this type of voyage. Arranged across three decks, all of the cabins benefit from outside views, an en suite bathroom and air conditioning, with some able to be converted to triples for family groups. Four of the nine twin cabins offer side-by-side single beds, four have bunked beds and one has a queen-sized bed with a single bed. The boat itself is well-maintained by its dedicated, charming crew and has an elegant feel, with lots of polished brass and highly varnished woodwork.
