Amazon - Ecuadorian
The Ecuadorian Amazon ranges from the easily accessible regions around Tena and Puno at the base of the Andes to the more remote areas of the Yasuni and Cuyabeno National Parks in the far east of the country. This vast green wilderness is home to more wildlife than the Galapagos Islands and interspersed with traditional indigenous tribes such as the Huaoranis and Secoyas.
