Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica

Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica

Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica is an upscale family-oriented lodge situated on the banks of Rio Madre de Dios, adjacent to Tambopata Nature Reserve. Each of the 30 palm thatched cabañas are constructed in a Ese' Eja-style that typically comprise of a twin bedroom with canopied beds, a private open-plan bathroom with hot water, and a screened patio strung with hammocks. The restaurant pavilion poses a remarkable setting around the trunk of a strangler fig tree and serves a delicious blend of regional and native cuisine by candlelight. Upstairs, the bar serves a range of cocktails and beverages, while invigorating massage and therapeutic body treatments are offered beyond the banks of the Madre de Dios River, facing Rolin Island. Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica offers a full programme of activities including boat tours, guided nature walks, nocturnal safaris, fishing, bird watching, and visits to a local community. A family programme is also available.
