Past, Present & Future

Over the last 12 years, we have been at the forefront of conservation travel. Our ground-breaking wildlife and wilderness tours support the habitat, species and communities that we visit. The change of name from Discovery Initiatives to Steppes Discovery and our rebranding to fully integrate it into the Steppes Travel Group will enable us to further develop our core beliefs and expand our range of destinations.

Having pioneered and championed the idea and implementation of wildlife eco-tourism, we have raised more than £750,000 for local, regional and international projects, putting our money where our mouth is. It is through our clients' desire to seek out new adventures and by listening to their feedback that we are able to offer such unique travel experiences.

Our countries shown here highlight some of our flagship tours and conservation elements. They present some of our proudest achievements to date.

We look forward to creating exciting and new tours to complement our old favourites in the year ahead.
