The Royal West of England Academy
Steppes Travel are delighted to be sponsoring this exhibition. 60 of the RWA’s Academicians have been encouraged to broaden their vision and their palette with a group show with a theme based around “Travel” both at home and overseas. There will also be a display of David Hockney’s quirky and humorous etchings inspired by the tales from the Brothers Grimm. Running alongside this exhibiton is an exciting set of events including the “Grand Day out” A drawing tour of Bristol on an open top bus, 30th July (also sponsored by Steppes Travel). Look out for us in the city as artists –both budding amateurs and professionals sketch this vibrant city for a day.
